The following conditions will apply to the purchase of goods from PYRAMID BUSINESS EXPRESS LTD by you as a customer acting for purposes that are not in the area of commercial business or profession (“Consumer”) to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions that the consumer supports to apply them in any purchase order, order confirmation or any similar document.
The consumer agrees to accept these conditions of sale by sending an order to the company.
These conditions will not be modified except for written agreements made by the company.
The company’s statutory rights will not be affected.
Good – means the product that the consumer orders from the company
Price – means the price for the goods, with the exception (where applicable) of delivery, packaging and insurance fees
Business day – means the days between Monday and Friday inclusive, but excluding national holidays, as specified on the company’s website.
Description of the goods
All descriptions, specifications and advertisements regarding the goods on the company’s website are for informational purposes only and you cannot rely on them when you make an order/purchase. Any omission, typographical or drafting error that appears in the sales literature, offers, price list, invoice or other document or information released by the company will be corrected without any liability on the part of the company.
The company provides the buyer with samples to check the material to be ordered, this being intended only to help the customer decide on the material used and to prove the veracity of what is displayed on the https://www.modernfences.ie/ website.
The prices offered are based on the current costs and can be changed when the costs go up or if any error or omission has crept in.
If the price changes, the company will send a notification to the consumer, who will have the opportunity to withdraw by sending a notice to the company for that purpose within 48 hours of receiving the notification regarding the price change.
In order to order the goods, the consumer will follow the instructions that appear on the company’s website.
The consumer is responsible for ordering sufficient products for the job for which they will be used.

Availability of goods
The delivery period of the goods is not specified and is discussed with each individual order.
If the company’s goods are not in stock for a temporary period of time, for any reason, then the company will notify the consumer about this and will inform him about an anticipated date when the products will be available to be delivered.
The company will not be responsible for compensating the consumer for any kind of losses that he may incur if the company cannot send the goods within this time, whatever the reason.
When the consumer orders goods, payment must be made by debit or credit card, including Master Card, Visa and Maestro. The consumer must give his full address, including the postal code and telephone number. The order will be processed only when the payment authorization has been received correctly.
The ordered goods, if this is possible, will normally be sent in 2-3 working days, with the exception of the day on which the order was placed and will be sent only to the billing address of the authorized cardholder. The delivery time of the goods can be specified by phone.
Delivery will normally take place between Monday and Friday between 9.00 and 17.00.
Any dates that are fixed for the delivery of the goods are approximate and the company will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the goods, regardless of what was the cause of this fact. The goods can be delivered by the company before the fixed delivery date.

If the consumer is not at home, then the driver will not leave the goods, because an authorized person must be present to sign for receiving the order.

The risk on the goods will pass to the consumer when they have been delivered.

Any damages that occur during the transportation of the goods, any shortages or errors must be notified in writing on a delivery note at the time of delivery.
If any of the goods are received in damaged conditions or if there are shortages or errors, then the consumer must inform the company about the exact quantity that is missing or the extent to which the goods are damaged within two working days of receiving them.
If the consumer has fulfilled the requirements from the points above, then the company will make preparations for the collection of all damaged or defective goods upon request and if they are identified as defective or damaged, then the company will replace them or make the appropriate reimbursement.
The consumer’s statutory rights will not be affected.
If the consumer is not completely satisfied with the order for any reason, the consumer has the right to cancel the order within 7 working days from the delivery date by credit or refund, less the delivery fees, which he will no longer receive.
A cancellation request by the consumer must be made in writing and it will be received by the company within 7 working days.
The consumer will be responsible for returning the goods as well as any costs associated with their return. Refunds for goods will be made if the goods are received back in complete condition and in re-saleable condition.
Refunds can be made within 28 days and must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note.
The consumer’s statutory rights will not be affected.
